Registrations open: information sessions in Brussels and online in view of the 1 October 2023 deadline of the EYF

Just like every year, the European Youth Foundation(EYF), in co-operation with the European Youth Forum, organises information sessions for youth organisations in view of the upcoming deadline of 1 October 2023 for 2024 annual work plans and international activities and for structural grants in 2024-2025. These sessions will provide an opportunity to discuss with the EYF Secretariat their challenges and questions relating to the preparation of EYF applications and reports.

Youth organisations can also request a bilateral meeting with the EYF, either online or at the occasion of the information session in Brussels. Bilateral meetings may include discussions and clarifications about current grants, reporting, future applications, changes in projects, briefing of new representatives of the organisations, among others.

The sessions will take place as follows:

  1. In person session in Brussels, on 11 September (9.30 to 18.00) and possibility for bilateral meetings on 12 September (9.00 to 13.00)

The session is open for international youth organisations and networks based in Brussels. The EYF will not cover any costs related to the participation in this activity.

The session will provide updates on the EYF, specific workshops on international activities, annual work plans and structural grants, and a space for feedback to the EYF on previous cooperation.

The meeting will take place in person, at the European Youth Forum offices in Brussels (Address: 10 rue de l’Industrie, 1000 Brussels, Belgium).

The first day, 11 September, will be dedicated to information about the upcoming deadlines and the main characteristics of the grants for international activities and annual work plans and of the structural grants. The second day, 12 September, will be dedicated in the morning to bilateral meetings with youth organisations.

  1. Online sessions on 7 September 2023, 10.00 – 12.00, focusing on international activity grants and annual work plan grants

This session is open for international youth organisations and networks and also for national youth organisations (as the latter can apply, together with partners, to international activity grants).

  1. Online session on 8 September 2023, 10.00 – 11.30, focusing on structural grants

This session is open for international youth organisations and networks.

If you are interested in participating, please register online by 27 August 2023 at the following link:
